1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the lightnlens website (lightnlens.io) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

lightnlens offers:

• Photography Services: Event photography, portrait photography, corporate photography, and other professional photography services
• Online Store: Digital downloads of photos
• Booking System: Online booking enquiries for photography sessions

3. Booking Photography Services

3.1 Booking Process

• Submitting a booking enquiry through our form does not guarantee availability
• All bookings are subject to confirmation by lightnlens
• We will respond to enquiries within 48 hours
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us
• If you would like your services to take place outside of London, UK then additional travel / accommodation fees may apply

3.2 Deposits and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking
• The deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking
• Final payment is due before or on the day of the photography session unless otherwise agreed
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled session may incur additional fees.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 7 days before the scheduled date without penalty. Rescheduling within 7 days may incur a rescheduling fee.
• Our Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we will provide a full refund of any payments made or offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

3.4 Weather and Force Majeure

• For outdoor sessions, adverse weather may require rescheduling. We'll work with you to find an alternative date.
• lightnlens is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, illness, transportation failures, etc.)
• In such cases, we'll work together to reschedule or provide a refund at our discretion

4. Store Purchases

4.1 Product Information

• All photographs displayed in our store are copyrighted works owned by lightnlens
• Product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice

4.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP)
• You must provide accurate payment information
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason

4.3 Digital Downloads

• Upon successful payment, you'll receive an email with download links
• Download links are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase
• Downloads are for personal use only unless otherwise specified
• You may download each file once within the 24-hour period
• If you experience technical issues, contact us within 24 hours and we'll assist you
• No refunds are provided for digital downloads from our store

4.4 Returns and Refunds

• Digital Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not available. If there's a technical issue preventing download, contact us immediately.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Copyright Ownership

• All photographs taken by lightnlens remain the copyright of lightnlens unless explicitly transferred in writing
• Copyright ownership is separate from possession of physical prints or digital files
• We retain the right to use photographs for our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise

5.2 Licence for Personal Use

When you purchase prints or digital downloads, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Display the photographs for personal, non-commercial use
• Make copies for personal use (e.g., prints for family and friends)
• Share on personal social media accounts with credit to lightnlens

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Sell, licence, or commercially exploit the photographs
• Remove or alter our watermark or copyright information
• Claim ownership or copyright of the photographs
• Use photographs in a way that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal
• Create derivative works without written permission
• Transfer your licence to another party

5.4 Commercial Licensing

If you wish to use photographs for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss licensing options and fees. Commercial use without proper licensing is prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Model and Property Releases

• You're responsible for obtaining permission from any third parties who appear in your photos if you plan to use them publicly
• For property shoots, you confirm you have the right to photograph the location

7. Image Editing and Delivery

7.1 Post-Production

• All delivered images are professionally edited to our standard
• Editing includes colour correction, exposure adjustment, and basic retouching

7.2 Delivery Timeline

• Edited photographs will typically be delivered within 48-72 of your session
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee
• We'll notify you if unexpected delays occur

7.3 Image Selection

• We select and deliver the best images from your session
• The number of delivered images depends on your package
• Unedited or rejected images are not available for purchase or viewing

8. Liability and Indemnification

8.1 Our Liability

• We carry professional indemnity insurance for our photography services
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services or products
• We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Equipment failure, data loss, or other technical issues may occur; we maintain backup systems but cannot guarantee against all losses

8.2 Your Responsibilities

• You're responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings during sessions
• You agree to follow any reasonable safety instructions during photography sessions
• You're responsible for any damage you cause to property or equipment

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold lightnlens harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services or products.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and use as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Website Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:
