When you submit the booking form or purchase from our store, your information is processed by EmailJS, a secure email delivery service. Stripe - Payment Processing

When you make a purchase from our store, payment information is processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your full credit card details. Stripe collects:

Note: When you purchase digital downloads from our store, we collect your email address to send download links. These links are valid for 24 hours and your order information is retained for record-keeping purposes.

Supabase - Database Hosting

How Long We Keep Your Information

• Contact form enquiries: Simple enquiries submitted through the homepage contact form are processed via email and not permanently stored in our database. Email records are retained in accordance with our standard email retention practices.
• Booking enquiries: We retain booking enquiries for 12 months. If no booking is confirmed, enquiries may be deleted after this period unless you request earlier deletion.
• Confirmed bookings and client records: Kept for 7 years from the date of service for tax and accounting purposes, in compliance with HMRC requirements.
• Store orders: Order records are retained for 7 years for tax purposes and to maintain transaction history. This includes order details, customer information, and payment records (excluding full payment card details).
• Digital downloads: Download links expire after 24 hours. However, your order record (showing what you purchased) is retained as part of our financial records.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data - request a copy of what we have
• Correct your data - update any incorrect information
• Delete your data - request we remove your information
• Object to how we use your data
